Aloha Catalina,

Thank you ... I'm so happy for you.

I get to meet people who are newly learning these life-changing concetps, and it's always great.

... and I'm happy to be of service!

Huna is the overall philosophy of the Kahuna, but does not refer to any specific technique.

Hooponopono is one Huna ritual or technique for Healing or, more specifically Kala (cleansing or "restoring the light")

Hello Vince, I understand fully your comments here. I noticed after a while that some aspects in my life were stagnated, as if something was perpetuating, maintaining that negative condition. And for sure, it was the effect of a constant thought. Fortunately I paid attention and decided to go over materials that I had from your father (Dr. Otha Wingo)from years ago, and also found this comentary of yours in tnis blog. It is an important alert. ( I deleted the original post because I wanted to contact you first, it was just the first sentence above, now I completed what I wanted to say)
