Nana I Ke Kumu

Aloha Renata,

Not "astounded" really ... because ACIM and Self I-Dentity Ho'oponopono are based on the exact same source material.

Helen Schucman and William Thetford were introduced to Huna mid-60's when they read Max Freedom Long's The Secret Science Behind Miracles.

Max was looking forward to his retirement years, so Schucman and Thetford started producing their early text ... originally called "Urtext" ... which was later developed into ACIM.

I remember when they ordered my Dad's 12-week course on the fundamentals of Huna.

Soon afterward, they "dictated" the book, ACIM ... from an "inner voice," described as coming from a "divine source."

Well ... the "divine source" was The Secret Science Behind Miracles.

Jane Roberts did the same thing at around the same time ... writing "Seth Speaks" within a year of reading The Secret Science Behind Miracles.

Dad is a stickler for paperwork and keeping accurate records ... so we're never really "surprised" at all when "revolutionary" new books that hit the pop charts "introducing" the Fundamental Huna Principles by different names.

Joe Vitale has recently made a fortune by doing the exact same thing ...

... in fact ... entire pages from "Zero Limits" are copied word-for-word out of the Huna Newsletters.

Look ...

... I'm not saying "they're thieves" ... I'm not saying "they're liars" ... I'm not saying "they're completely dishonest."

I'm just saying I've got a filing cabinet full of complete records from the Huna Research Associates over the years.

I used to browse through it in my spare time ... very interesting reading!

But that's OK.

I don't mind people getting-the-word-out about the powerful Kahuna system to the general public.

That's a good thing!

... and when people are "truly prepared" ... you'll return to the source. *

Aloha Tom,

The Advanced set is from a class I put together for my students in October. It integrates many concepts from the DVDs you have and adds some more advanced techniques from Ho'oponopono. The primary focus is on how to recognize when you're out-of-balance and how to live in pono.

They're probably too advanced for most people ... especially if they're new or if they learned Ho'oponopono from Joe Vitale or Stan Hew Len.

But ... if you've been a member of the Huna Ohana for a year or so ... or if you already have the Kahuna Secrets of Psychic Power DVDs, then you can really benefit from the Advanced Ho'oponopono DVDs.

Hope this helps.

Keep studying!

Hooponopono Workshop

Aloha Jim,

Seriously ... how much did you pay for the Free Ho'oponopono Manual you downloaded? ;->

I appreciate your question because I've struggled with this issue my whole life.

My formal training began at age 4.

> Much of the info regarding hoponopono seems to come
> with a price......why?

We're making plenty of FREE stuff available on-line, even though ... when it comes to books, trainings, videos, etc., there are lots of production costs involved.

A friend of mine is a professor of Economics at the local University, and after asking him to do the research, he estimated that ... in today's economic terms ... the traditional apprenticeship system of old Hawaii would cost us over $250,000 in today's market.

Yes, I was shocked too!

Personally, I took a vow-of-poverty when I was ordained, so I don't even own property.

Still, our "church" ... that's the government's legal term, so that's just that ... and my charitable foundation have bills to pay.

I offered Union Electric my sincere appreciation ... but they demanded money! :-)

So I spend several hours a day on-line posting articles, answering questions, and coaching.

The Ohana sells products to pay the bills ... there are no paid employees because it's all done by volunteers.

I guess one option would be to create a Ho'oponopono Foundation, letting folks donate funds to make everything available free-of-charge to everyone who needs it.

Let me know if any of you have any expertise in this area ... because just keeping an Internet connection and maintaining web pages costs hundreds of dollars every month!

Another thing ... email programs limit the number of messages you can send, so I got a bulk-mailer service last year that let's us send to everyone in our address book at once.

That alone costs about $100/month.

If there are better ways, I'd love to keep learning more!

I'm pretty sure that with the combined talents of everyone on the groups and blogs, we can come up with a solution that is the best for all concerned.

I don't want to get lumped-together with Joe Vitale! ... I'd love to produce free ho'oponopono weekend workshops.

So I appreciate your input!

Thank you!

A lot more!

I'm sorry ... that's part of the negative programming Morrnah entrusted my family to protect against!

> I wonder if that is the case with the Advanced
> Ho'oponopono techniques.

Notice the techniques for finding the "real issue."

... because the more specific you make your
"diagnosis," the more powerful the "cure."

Think about it.

If you had an infection and they gave you general antibiotics, it would kill-off the infection along
with every other "biotic" in your system ... even the ones you need to properly digest.

But ...

... if they can determine the exact strain of the infection, there are new targeted antibiotics that
will "kill-off" your infection only ... leaving the beneficial bacteria to thrive and heal you faster!

The "Zero Limits" technique is like using a general antibiotic!

When you "pay attention" to all the learnings you're getting from the Advanced Ho'oponopono DVDs ... consciously and unconsciously ... at the end by applying everything you've learned and the prayer techniques written out for you in the manual ... THEN you only need to do it ONCE.

Pay attention to the EXACT wording I'm using when talking to your unconscious mind and getting to the "root issue" which when address will cause the problem to disappear as an issue for you.

Especially if you "don't understand" consciously why the wording is so important and must be used exactly that way because it is giving instructions to your unconscious mind on how to fix yourself.

It becomes automatic.

And I'm all about getting the results!

... and you get them when you follow the instructions in the Advanced Ho'oponopono Manual.

> Is it okay to do it everyday?

It's OK.

... and as you're progressing ... you will naturally discover "how to know when you need to do what" for yourself.

It's done "automatically" and unconsciously as long as you do your part as "uhane."

> I really feel out of balance (i.e. confusion) and
> would like to do Mornah's method everyday.

You've probably already learned why some "confusion" is generated to promote the mastery process ... remember the Five Stages of Competence?

> Would it be okay?

As you are evolving spiritually, do it daily.

Thanks Teresa ... keep studying!
